The role

Globiance is looking for a Chief Human Resource Officer with at least ten years of experience in developing and executing human resource functions.

The Chief Human Resource Officer’s primary focus will be to support the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of succession management, training and development, and compensation. Must also ensure efficient day-to-day human resource operations and be responsible for strategic leadership by articulating human resources needs and plans to the executive management team, shareholders and board of directors.

With a global approach and focus on our USA, Europe, and Asia businesses, he or she will be responsible for leading managers of the divisions and indirectly responsible for all employees within the divisions. You will establish and implement human resource efforts that effectively communicate and support the company’s mission and strategic vision.

 

What you are good at

  • Develop HR plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall business operations objectives.
  • Function as a strategic business advisor to the executive/senior management of each business unit or specialty group regarding key organizational and management issues.
  • Work with the company’s executive management team to establish a sound plan of management succession that corresponds to the strategy and objectives of the company.
  • Develop comprehensive strategic recruiting and retention plans to meet the human capital needs of strategic goals.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits plans that are competitive and cost-effective.
  • Provide overall leadership and guidance to the HR function by overseeing talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention, training, leadership development, compensation, and benefits globally.

Key skills you have

  • BS/BA degree from an accredited college/university; MBA or MA/MS in human resources or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least five years of executive HR experience and at least five years of international HR experience.
  • Knowledge about cryptocurrencies.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to provide leadership to a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong project management, organizational and time management skills
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to identify problems and develop solutions
  • Strong risk control/compliance mindset with good operations skills
  • High personal standard of ethics, integrity and commitment
  • Knowledge and effective application of all relevant banking policies, processes, procedures, and guidelines to consistently achieve required compliance standards or benchmarks.
